Your Pricing Models (Maximum Freedom)

Option A: Flexible (Hourly)

Ideal for starting out without risk

Small Room: €20 per hour

Large Room: €30 per hour

Option B: Monthly Flat Rate (Fixed Weekday)

Your own day per week with your own key

Available Days: You can freely choose between Monday to Saturday. (Term: Flexible, starting from 1 month)

Small Room:

  • Morning (06:00 – 14:00): €160 / month (Ø only approx. €5.00 / hr)
  • Evening (14:30 – 22:30): €210 / month (Ø only approx. €6.50 / hr)

Large Room:

  • Morning (06:00 – 14:00): €280 / month (Ø only approx. €8.75 / hr)
  • Evening (14:30 – 22:30): €340 / month (Ø only approx. €10.60 / hr)

Professional Video Content

We produce a 60-second introduction video (Image Film) and 2 Reels for you. Filmed by a professional videographer using Netflix-certified camera technology. (The market value of this complete media package is approx. €1,000 – included for you as a tenant!)

Maximum Reach & Rights:

  • Your Property (Prio 1): You receive full marketing rights to the material and can use it freely for your own website & channels.
  • Homepage (Optional): Upon request, we will embed your video directly on the OR Natural Balance Homepage.
